Terms of Service

The service
Muvvo is software for real estate brokerages and their lending partners to schedule, track and report on property showings, offers and related loan progress. Muvvo is provided by DA Investors Inc. ("Muvvo", "we", "us"), reachable at hello@muvvo.io.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Muvvo or to opt in to Muvvo text messages. A brokerage administrator creates the workspace and invites staff. Each person is responsible for the activity under their own sign-in and for keeping their contact details current. We may suspend access that is used to harass, spam, or scrape.
Your data
Information entered into Muvvo belongs to the brokerage that entered it. We host it, keep it private to that workspace, and do not sell it. The Privacy Policy describes what we handle and how.
Text messaging (SMS program: Muvvo Showing Alerts)
Muvvo sends transactional and informational text messages that coordinate real estate showings: a showing request to the listing agent, a confirmation or decline to the requesting buyer agent, access details shortly before a confirmed showing, a request for feedback after the showing, and tour reminders. Muvvo does not send marketing messages.
- Opt-in. You opt in by entering your mobile number on muvvo.io/optin or on a Muvvo listing page, or when your brokerage administrator adds your number for showing alerts. You must be 18 or older.
- Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 4 messages per showing. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out. Text STOP to any Muvvo message to cancel. You will get one confirmation and nothing further.
- Help. Text HELP to any Muvvo message, call (725) 900-4893, or email hello@muvvo.io.
- Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
Muvvo sends transactional text messages to coordinate showings. By providing a mobile number in Muvvo or on a Muvvo listing page you agree to receive those messages. Message frequency varies. Public listing pages
A listing page lets an outside agent request a showing or submit an offer without an account. Information submitted there goes to the listing brokerage only. Do not submit information about a person without their permission.
Fair use and availability
We work to keep Muvvo available and accurate, but it is provided as is. Muvvo is a coordination tool, not a substitute for the listing agreement, the MLS, or professional judgment. We are not liable for missed showings, lost offers, or decisions made on the basis of information in the service.
Billing
Paid plans are invoiced monthly to the organization whose people use the seats. Prices and seat counts are shown on the invoice. Either side may cancel at the end of a billing month.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
