Program: Muvvo Showing Alerts · Effective September 8, 2026

What the program is

Muvvo sends text messages that coordinate real estate showings on behalf of the brokerages that use Muvvo. Messages are transactional: a showing request, a confirmation or decline, access details shortly before a confirmed showing, a request for feedback after a showing, and reminders about a scheduled tour. Muvvo does not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

Buyer agents opt in by submitting a showing request or an offer on a Muvvo listing page and entering their mobile number. The form states that texts about that showing will follow.
Brokerage staff opt in when their administrator adds their mobile number for showing alerts in Muvvo, and by replying to a Muvvo text.
Home buyers and sellers opt in by giving their agent a mobile number for tour and showing reminders.

You can also opt in by texting START to the Muvvo number you were contacted from.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to this program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your showing activity. A typical showing produces two to four messages. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any Muvvo text to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional and prepaid carriers in the United States.
