Privacy Policy

Muvvo ("we", "us") is a software service that helps real estate brokerages organize buyer property showings. This policy explains what information the service handles and how it is used.
Who uses Muvvo
Muvvo is used by brokerages and their staff (administrators, coordinators and agents). Each brokerage operates its own private workspace. Muvvo does not offer accounts directly to home buyers.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We use these to identify you and to let your brokerage's administrator assign your role.
- Information your brokerage enters. Brokerage staff enter details about buyers they represent (such as name, phone, email, budget and search areas) and about property showings (addresses, dates, times, listing agents and outcomes). This information belongs to the brokerage and is visible only to authorized staff of that brokerage, according to the roles its administrator sets.
- Technical information. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To operate the service: scheduling showings, routing, reporting and team administration.
- To secure accounts and enforce access rules between brokerages and between roles.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use brokerage data for advertising.
Google user data
Muvvo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only basic profile information (name, email and profile picture) for sign-in.
Where information is stored
Data is stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud) and the application is served by Netlify, both in the United States. Access is protected by Google sign-in and per-brokerage security rules.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers named above, as needed to run the service, or when required by law. A brokerage's data is never shared with another brokerage.
Retention and deletion
A brokerage's administrator controls its data and can edit or delete records at any time. To delete an account or an entire brokerage workspace, contact us at the address below and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time. You can revoke Muvvo's access to your Google account from your Google Account permissions page.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
